Real-time visibility is important in making timely informed decisions. When information can be accessed instantly from almost anywhere, without wasting resources on data extraction and tying data from different sources together, employees are better informed and can make more accurate, faster decisions.
With an integrated software system, expansion to multiple locations and additional sales channels can be accomplished a lot faster because of unified order and accounting management processes and data. Companies can also up-sell and cross-sell more efficiently to their existing customer base because of the improved visibility they obtain.
Streamlining repetitive order processes and eliminating duplicate data entry frees up time that your sales team can now dedicate to revenue- generating activities. You can shorten your sales cycle by automating your “Quote to Cash” processes. Activities spent between attracting your customer and getting paid can be greatly reduced, which in turn gives your team more time to interact with customers and increase sales volumes.
Connected Sage CRM can assist your teams with access to the latest pricing and financial updates from the accounts system. Allowing them to identify delinquent accounts at the point of quotation or order and check stock levels before committing to delivery timeframes.
Sage CRM has two licensing models. A Named user licence is individualised. Only the person named – hence the term – in Sage CRM may access the software on a single, specified system, but this user has full access to the software.
Concurrent user licence allows a group of people to effectively share a licence, although the caveat to this is that only one user per licence may be logged in at any time. Once that user logs out, another user may log in and use the software under the concurrent user licence. For example, in a four-user concurrent user licence setup, four employees, regardless of who they are, can simultaneously access the software, but another user is unable to log on.
The Sage CRM Subscription licence is a recurring annual licence with telephone support included. No hosting costs are factored into the Subscription licence.
